JayAir was founded in the year 1996 by Mr. Umesh Swami in Surat (Gujarat). Within the span of few years company grew creating a major name in Air conditioning , contracting, executing and varied type of jobs.

In the year 2011, JayAir started its Mumbai branch by Mrs. Tejal Patel. Starting as a HVAC company Jayair has now grown into a full service MEP solutions provider. We are now independently handling Mumbai market & pan India projects since last 7 years.

The company is managed by highly qualified and experienced engineers having in-depth experience to handle intricacies of projects, design, execution with management skills.
